By booking an appointment with Be.You.tiful Beauty by SJ, you agree to the following terms:
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be charged the full price of the booked service.
Booking Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed via email and/or SMS reminder. Please check your booking details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything needs to be corrected.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within your remaining appointment time. Depending on the treatment, a late arrival may result in a shortened service at the full price, to avoid delaying other clients.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
